Message from the President

We welcome you to Mustard Seed Outreach Center. MSOC is a non-profit, philanthropic organization that has been providing diverse services in Hartford County for as long as it has been established since May of 2008. MSOC continues to expand services based on the high demand of the undermined, impoversihed and disadvantaged. The organization has a genuine commitment to the community at large. All services offered align with our resilient mission and vision.
